for popcorn: a little less than 1 cup of un-popped kernels. approximately 6-7 quarts of air popped corn
for caramel:
- 270 grams (2/3 cup) corn syrup
- 270 grams ( 1.25 cups ) brown sugar
- 170 grams (3/4 cup) (1.5 sticks) butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
Cook over medium heat then add in the following after it gets frothy Add them in slowly as it will froth up even more
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 grams (3/4 teaspoon) baking soda
pour caramel over popped corn
